Terms of Use
Version of September 30, 2026
This is a translation of the Russian version of the terms. If the two versions differ, the Russian version prevails.
These terms (the user agreement) are a contract between you and the company on how to use the TeamTime mobile app, its web version and the Telegram mini app (the “service”).
1. Parties and acceptance
1.1. The service is provided by ORKA Limited Liability Company (Kyrgyz Republic, registration number 333526-3301-ООО, TIN 00209202610334, address: Apt. 271, 199 Ankara St., Oktyabrsky District, Bishkek; the “company”, “we”).
1.2. By registering or signing in to the service, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1.3. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. What the service is
2.1. TeamTime is a planning tool for teams: schedule and free time, booking meetings with a mentor (curator), an event calendar, tracking prospects and deals, notifications.
2.2. The company does not take part in business relations between users, is not a party to their deals and arrangements, and does not verify or guarantee them. The service does not promise income, sales results or any other results of your activity.
2.3. We develop the service: we add, change and remove features. We try not to make worse what you use, but we are not obliged to keep every feature unchanged.
3. Account
3.1. The service may be used by people over 18.
3.2. You provide accurate information about yourself: name, photo, city, place in the team. You may not impersonate another person.
3.3. You are responsible for keeping your password and access to the email or Telegram account you sign in with secure. Everything done from your account is deemed done by you until you tell us it has been compromised.
3.4. If you suspect someone has gained access to your account, change your password and write to info@teamytime.com.
4. Your content
4.1. Content is everything you put into the service: profile, photos, schedule, events, comments, prospects, deals. You keep the rights to your content.
4.2. You grant the company a free non-exclusive licence to store, copy, process and display your content in the service to the extent needed to run it: to you, to participants in your events, to your team and to other users within the limits described in the Privacy Policy. The licence lasts while the content is stored in the service.
4.3. Prospects’ data. By adding information about another person, you warrant that:
- you have a basis for it, usually that person’s consent;
- you have told them that you keep them in TeamTime and will delete their data at their request;
- you add only the information needed to work with them.
4.4. You may not add information about health, religious or political views, ethnicity, sex life, criminal record or other special categories of personal data, or biometric data — about yourself or anyone else.
4.5. You are responsible for your content. If anyone makes a claim against the company because of your content, you help settle it and compensate the company for proven losses.
5. What is prohibited
You may not:
- break the law or violate the rights and legitimate interests of others;
- post offensive, threatening, discriminatory, fraudulent or misleading content;
- use the service to send advertising or spam, including through comments and meeting invitations;
- collect other users’ data, including by automated means, or use it outside the service;
- bypass access restrictions, guess passwords, interfere with the service or overload it;
- copy, decompile or resell the service or any part of it;
- create accounts in someone else’s name or to get around a block.
6. Intellectual property
The service, its code, design, the TeamTime name and logo belong to the company or are used by it lawfully. These terms do not give you any rights to them other than the right to use the service as intended.
7. Price
7.1. The service is currently free.
7.2. The company may introduce paid features or plans. We will announce this in advance and will not charge you for features you already use for free without your explicit consent. Payment terms will be published separately.
8. Service “as is” and liability
8.1. The service is provided “as is”. We try to keep it running without interruptions and errors but do not guarantee this. Technical interruptions may occur, including because of updates and outages at telecom and hosting providers, Google, Apple and Telegram.
8.2. Notifications, including push notifications and Telegram bot messages, are delivered by third-party services. We do not guarantee that every notification arrives on time. Do not rely on notifications alone for important matters.
8.3. To the extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for lost profits, indirect losses, the results of your meetings and deals, or the actions of other users. Where the law does not allow such a limitation, the company’s liability is limited to actual damage.
8.4. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be limited under the law of the country where the consumer lives.
9. Suspension and account deletion
9.1. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time as described in section 7 of the Privacy Policy.
9.2. The company may restrict access to the service or delete an account if you breach these terms or the law, or at the request of a public authority. Unless prohibited by law or harmful to an investigation, we will tell you the reason. If you disagree with a suspension, write to us.
9.3. If the company decides to discontinue the service, we will give at least 30 days’ notice.
10. Governing law and disputes
10.1. These terms are governed by the law of the Kyrgyz Republic.
10.2. We first try to settle disputes by negotiation: write to info@teamytime.com and we will reply within 30 days. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is heard by the court at the company’s location, unless the law gives you the right to go to court where you live.
11. Changes to the terms
We may change these terms. The current version is published at teamytime.com/en/terms, and its date is shown at the top. We publish material changes at least 10 days before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new version.
