How it works

The mentor opens their calendar
They set working hours, breaks and meeting length, and the app splits the time into slots.
- Step 2
A partner books a slot
They pick a free slot in the mentor’s calendar. While they fill in the form, the slot is held for 5 minutes so nobody else can take it.
- Step 3
The mentor confirms
They accept the request or decline it with a reason, and the meeting appears in their calendar.
- Step 4
The meeting moves the deal forward
After the meeting, the outcome and deal probability are recorded. If another meeting is needed, the prospect joins the follow-up queue.

FAQ
Do I need a computer?
No. TeamTime works on iOS and Android.
Can I use it without a mentor?
Yes. You can book meetings for yourself at any time and run them on your own. A mentor is connected with their 7-digit code.
What if the mentor doesn’t respond to a request?
Each request has a response deadline. When it expires, the slot is released and you can send the meeting to another mentor or run it yourself.
Can I book a mentor outside their working hours?
Meetings with a mentor go into their free slots. You can book yourself at any time, even on a day off.
Who can see my prospects?
Your prospect directory is private. A mentor sees their team’s deals in the “Team pipeline” section.
